Keep It Real Self Defense

Welcome to keep it real

Shotokan Karate

Shotokan Karate is a traditional Japanese martial art that combines striking techniques and movement sequences. You'll build strength, physical fitness, and mental discipline.

Blended Martial Arts

Our blended martial arts program combines the dynamic striking of Kickboxing with the practical techniques of Filipino Martial Arts (FMA).

Students learn both empty-hand and weapon-based skills originating from the Philippines and surrounding islands, along with the powerful techniques of American Kickboxing—a system built from traditional boxing and karate.

This well-rounded approach helps develop coordination, speed, self-defense skills, and overall fitness while keeping training fun and engaging.
